A website called DDL-Movies, which is an index of websites that provide download links for movies in English or Hindi, does not have Hindi-dubbed movies with English subtitles. However, it does have many websites that provide subtitles for Bollywood movies online. A YouTube channel called 'www.youtube.com/watchwithsubs' provides English subtitles for some of the most popular Bollywood movies of all time on YouTube itself.
